We are seeking a motivated and versatile General Laborer•Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. This energetic role involves supporting various painting projects across residential, sites. Duties Prepare surfaces through power washing, sanding, scraping, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying and conventional spraying), and other hand tools with precision and consistency Perform construction site tasks such as framing, trim carpentry, fixture installation, masonry work, and basic remodeling as needed Conduct surface inspections for quality control Assist with demolition, renovation projects, and ongoing maintenance tasks to support overall project completion Requirements Proven experience in construction painting surface preparation and application techniques including construction spray painting and coating methods Strong knowledge of residential painting practices along with commercial and industrial painting standards Ability to operate power tools safely including hand tools, paint sprayers, airless spray equipment, and other construction tools Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications for accurate project execution Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety regulations such as respiratory protection and fall prevention measures Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating paint quantities or material needs Hands-on experience with plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, masonry work, fixture installation, framing or remodeling is a plus Demonstrated handyman skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments Valid experience in construction site environments with an emphasis on safety protocol adherence Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in craftsmanship!
