In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of construction tasks, ensuring projects progress smoothly and safely. Your hands-on work will contribute directly to the successful completion of large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects. We're looking for motivated individuals eager to learn, work hard, and grow within a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and safety. Duties Assist with construction of drilling foundation piers for roadway projects.
Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials and equipment safely and efficiently
Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to support project execution
Operate power tools and basic equipment under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance
Support with equipment repair and maintenance to keep tools and machinery in optimal working condition
Follow all workplace safety protocols, including implementation of OSHA safety standards, respiratory protection, climbing safety, and other safety regulations Qualifications Prior experience in industrial or heavy construction environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with construction equipment is a plus
Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA safety standards
Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, climbing, manual handling, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong commitment to workplace safety practices and adherence to all safety regulations
