Applicants do not need specific experience but need to be willing to learn, and must be capable of learning. Employee must provide transportation to job site, employees will be reimbursed for mileage if driving beyond 20 miles to site, or shop A company vehicle option is available after performance evaluation, with a good driving record Problem Solving is a must in this industry, you will be expected to do task on hand with your current knowledge and with little guidance after being taught Fast learning and ability to retain information will be required and will determine future pay/ role in HCS Currently HCS is seeking for a CDL class A driver in addition to the other the other requirements. we have occasional needs for belly dump operator and lowboy transport (for hire) HCS has several jobs lined up over the next year building pipe fence and erection metal buildings, the more experience and knowledge will reflect the direct pay to the new employee
