Century Concrete Partners is looking to add reliable laborers to their team. We primarily work with concrete foundations, but we are not limited to this service. This position will be responsible for performing physical tasks at various job sites. Job duties may include shoveling, signaling for equipment operators, cleaning up debris, loading/unloading job materials, directing vehicle traffic, and any other task in order to get the job done productively and safely. This position must also be able to communicate effectively with other members on a team.

Responsibilities:

Perform all tasks in a timely manner Use and care of various tools and equipment Comply with all OSHA standards Communicate with other members of the team Inspection of any equipment used on site

Qualifications:

Physical ability to perform all necessary job tasks Flexible availability (including weekends and long days) Ability to work primarily outdoors in all weather conditions Prior construction experience is preferred Must be able to pass a drug test.
