  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dedicated Construction Laborers to join our dynamic team.
In this vital role, you will assist with a variety of construction tasks on industrial and commercial sites, ensuring projects progress smoothly and safely. Your hands-on skills, adherence to safety standards, and ability to interpret technical plans will contribute directly to the successful completion of construction projects. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to be part of a collaborative team committed to building quality structures while maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities Assist with reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to support project execution. Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials and equipment safely and efficiently. Support erosion control measures by installing barriers, silt fences, and other protective structures as specified in project plans. Operate power tools and equipment for cutting, drilling, and assembling construction components under supervision. Conduct routine equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure tools and machinery are in optimal working condition. Follow all workplace safety regulations, including implementation of OSHA safety standards, proper use of respiratory protection, climbing safety procedures, and adherence to heavy lifting protocols. Assist with site cleanup, material staging, and debris removal to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
