Primarily Maricopa County About the Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead water and wastewater treatment facility building projects for municipal clients. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction leader with strong technical building experience, including HVAC, fire suppression, metal stud framing, and steel erection . Experience with complex commercial or industrial facilities is highly valued. This is not a general residential or light-commercial superintendent role. What You'll Do Lead daily commercial construction site operations. Supervise subcontractors, trades, and field personnel. Manage water and wastewater facility construction projects. Coordinate HVAC, fire suppression, framing, and steel work. Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and schedules. Coordinate materials, deliveries, equipment, and site logistics. Maintain project safety, quality, and schedule requirements. Communicate daily with contractors and project managers. Resolve field conflicts and construction issues quickly. Manage change orders, pricing, and subcontractor execution . Support preconstruction, estimating, submittals, and scheduling . Must-Have Experience 5+ years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent. Water/wastewater treatment facility construction experience strongly preferred. Experience with municipal infrastructure building projects preferred. Strong commercial/industrial building construction background. Hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems and installation . Experience with fire suppression systems . Experience with metal stud framing . Experience with structural steel erection . Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications . Strong subcontractor and field crew management skills. OSHA certification required. Ability to manage projects from start through completion.

Pay:

Up to $125,000.00 per year
