Superintendent -
The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors and trades, driving project schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
ResponsibilitiesLead all field operations from project startup through completion and turnoverManage day-to-day jobsite activities, subcontractor coordination, and project executionDevelop and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedulesCoordinate work sequences among multiple trades while minimizing disruption to ongoing operationsPartner with Project Managers to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budgetConduct daily inspections and monitor quality control throughout the project lifecycleEnforce company safety standards and OSHA regulations across all jobsite activitiesLead daily huddles, subcontractor meetings, and site coordination meetingsReview construction documents, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure proper executionIdentify and proactively resolve field challenges related to design, logistics, scheduling, and constructabilityCoordinate commissioning, startup, testing, and turnover activities for highly technical systemsMaintain project documentation, daily reports, and look-ahead schedulesFoster a collaborative environment with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholdersQualifications5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial, advanced technology, laboratory, healthcare, or life sciences constructionProven experience managing projects valued from $10M to $100M+Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and trade coordinationAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentsExperience managing multiple subcontractors and complex project schedulesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management technologyOSHA 30 certification preferredBenefitsBase ($145,000-$185,000) + BonusAuto, Cell and Gas401k MatchFull Medical, Dental and VisionGenerous PTO
