Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, manage project teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, scheduling, cost control, and team leadership will drive project success while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Oversee construction site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes while managing subcontractors and vendors effectively. Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure accurate implementation and adherence to specifications. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project alignment. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for document control, progress tracking, and reporting. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and safety protocols; address issues proactively. Manage project schedules by coordinating construction timelines with project teams to meet critical milestones. Lead project meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and update stakeholders on project status. Skills Understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and managing construction plans accurately. Excellent leadership skills in managing teams in a construction management role while fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders. Expertise in cost management practices including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for construction projects. Proficiency with project management software for document control and communication. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
