We're seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Auto Detail Manager to lead our detailing department and ensure every new, used, and customer vehicle meets our high standards of excellence. If you're passionate about quality, leadership, and creating a first-class presentation, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the detailing department. Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the detailing team. Maintain high-quality detailing standards for all vehicles. Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet dealership expectations. Coordinate workflow with Sales and Service departments to meet deadlines. Monitor inventory and detailing supplies as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications Previous automotive detailing experience required. Prior leadership or management experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
