Job Overview First Service CGC is a veteran-owned general contracting company serving Southwest Florida since 1994. We operate seven divisions — roofing, painting, remodeling, concrete restoration, windows, and more — across Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota, and Manatee counties. You'll run roofing production end to end — crews, materials, permitting, quality, closeout — and work directly with ownership and sales to grow the division's volume. Our other divisions generate steady roofing opportunities from existing customers; your job is to convert and deliver them.
