Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews across multiple project sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications Coordinate project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to meet deadlines efficiently Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to guide on-site activities Manage subcontractor performance, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow momentum Oversee quality control measures, ensuring work complies with all federal and local construction regulations including OSHA standards Conduct regular site inspections using tools like ohmmeters to verify electrical systems and ensure safety compliance Review contracts, manage change orders, and oversee project budgets to keep projects financially on track Facilitate effective communication among management teams, clients, subcontractors, and field personnel for seamless project execution Experience Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects in commercial, pipeline, or heavy civil sectors with a focus on supervision and crew management Extensive knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA safety standards and federal safety regulations Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, Primavera P6, HeavyBid or equivalent tools for scheduling and project tracking Strong ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints accurately Demonstrated success in managing project schedules, coordinating construction activities, and supervising diverse teams in fast-paced environments Hands-on experience with construction site safety management practices including OSHA compliance and quality assurance protocols Excellent managerial communication skills to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards Ability to travel frequently between project sites while maintaining oversight of multiple ongoing projects Join us in shaping the future of infrastructure by leading innovative projects with energy and precision!
