Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel. Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project plans and specifications. Conduct daily site meetings and maintain accurate project documentation. Monitor quality control and address issues promptly. Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and OSHA regulations. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and owners. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects. Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency with construction management software is a plus. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
