We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is committed to long-term career growth with our company. A Georgia Builder's License is desired but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong construction knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to solve problems while maintaining excellent relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and team members. This position serves as the primary point of coordination between subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, homeowners, and internal team members. Key Responsibilities Manage residential construction projects from permitting through final closing. Coordinate and schedule all phases of construction. Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to schedules. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress. Ensure compliance with building codes, company standards, and safety regulations. Maintain OSHA compliance and promote a safe work environment. Review plans, specifications, and construction documents. Coordinate permit applications, inspections, and certificate of occupancy requirements. Monitor and assist with cost control efforts. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve construction-related issues proactively. Maintain project schedules and communicate delays or concerns promptly. Conduct homeowner meetings and provide exceptional customer service throughout the building process. Ensure homes are completed to quality standards prior to homeowner walkthroughs and closings. Manage punch lists and warranty-related items as needed. Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and jobsite records. Support continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of residential construction experience preferred. Experience supervising new home construction projects preferred. Georgia Residential or General Contractor Builder's License preferred but not required. Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and best practices. Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes. Familiarity with OSHA standards and jobsite safety practices. 10 Hour OSHA Certification already obtained or in the first 90 days of employment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and municipal officials. Strong organizational and time management skills. Solution-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
