You will be expected, based on your history in either the roofing or building material distribution industry, to extend and develop your existing product expertise in order to serve as a resource both to CRS customers and to our sales staff. Your duties may include work within our residential, commercial, equipment, and metal departments, and may also include inside and outside sales, assisting walk-in customers, customer service and/or development, clerical duties, plus other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager. Essential Functions Work with the team to develop and increase sales revenue to meet goals. Develop new methods of attaining customers and assisting customers in attaining new accounts. Serve as a resource for customers by troubleshooting problems. Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. Service customer calls and in-person Type and process orders Competencies Successful roofing sales experience or strong sales background (3+ years) Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in Roofing or Construction Sales preferred Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of previous sales experience, or extensive sales experience (5+ years) in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
