Job Description

Resumes without it will not be considered Overview The Project Manager is responsible for leading construction projects from project buyout through final completion and closeout. Preconstruction and initial project setup are led by company leadership; the Project Manager joins the project during buyout and assumes full responsibility for execution within budget. This role owns the project from subcontractor contracting through delivery—managing schedule with the superintendent, budget, coordination, and communication to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with company standards. The Project Manager supports the Superintendent as they drive the day-to-day execution and serves as the primary point of contact with subcontractors as it relates to contract, project scoping coordination/compliance, and project stakeholders throughout construction. Key Responsibilities Lead the project starting at buyout, including subcontractor contracting and scope alignment Take full ownership of project execution from buyout through closeout Develop, maintain, and actively manage the project schedule with the Superintendent Manage job cost, including project budget, cost tracking, and forecasting to ensure financial performance Assist Super. with subcontractor coordination, performance, and accountability Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders efficiently and proactively Review and approve subcontractor invoices and manage monthly owner billing Lead OAC meetings and monthly executive reporting to Owner Maintain accurate and organized project documentation Lead project meetings and ensure clear, consistent communication across all parties Identify risks early and drive solutions to keep the project on track Ensure the project is executed in accordance with contract documents and company standards Experience 3-5+ years of experience in construction project management as Assistant or Lead PM Experience managing projects through buyout, construction, and closeout Strong understanding of subcontractor scope management and project execution Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain control of a project Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Opportunity to grow with a rapidly scaling company Team-oriented, high-accountability culture
