This role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry, working alongside skilled professionals to ensure project success. The Construction Site Clean Up Assistant will assist with site preparation, material handling, general clean up, and other essential duties to facilitate smooth construction operations. Responsibilities Assist with site setup and preparation, including unloading materials and organizing tools General construction cleaning and emptying trash gondolas Help ensure safety protocols are followed on-site at all times Perform general duties including cleaning work areas and maintaining equipment Carry out material deliveries within the construction site as needed Support the team in adhering to project timelines and quality standards Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute positively to team efforts Skills Basic knowledge of construction processes and safety procedures is preferred but not required Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety awareness Good communication skills and ability to follow directions effectively Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required, (work vehicle provided during work day) Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities in a dynamic environment This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills within the construction industry while contributing to meaningful projects.
