Senior Project Manager / Construction Operations Manager Dow Construction is growing, and we're looking for the right person to help lead our field operations. Dow Construction is a residential construction company specializing in custom homes, additions, and major renovations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, working with people, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Manage multiple residential construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate company crews, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and homeowners. Develop and maintain project schedules. Order materials and ensure jobs stay ahead of schedule. Visit jobsites daily to monitor quality, safety, productivity, and progress. Review plans and identify potential issues before construction begins. Communicate regularly with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service. Manage project budgets and assist in maintaining profitability. Review subcontractor performance and hold trades accountable for quality and schedule. Coordinate inspections, change orders, and project documentation. Complete punch lists and oversee project closeout. Work closely with ownership to improve systems and continue growing the company. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of residential construction experience. Experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, Lead Carpenter, or similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of residential construction from excavation through final finish. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Comfortable using technology, email, and project management software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Compensation & Benefits $100,000-$130,000 annually , depending on experience. Performance bonus opportunities.
