Allegany GC needs Superintendents! Local work, 401k, PTO, Vehicle allowance, 401k, etc... About Our Client Michael Page is hiring for a position in the property industry based in Allegany NY. Job Description Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities. Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project specifications. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely progress. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control standards. Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to keep the project on track. Communicate with project managers and stakeholders on project updates. Maintain detailed project documentation and daily logs. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Superintendent should have: Experience managing construction projects in the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 annually.
