Long Island, NY We are seeking an experienced and driven Superintendent to lead on-site operations for high-profile construction projects in Long Island, NY specializing in multifamily residential, higher education, and healthcare developments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-ranked ENR (Engineering News-Record) contractor delivering complex, high-quality builds across diverse sectors . The Role As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and serve as the primary on-site leader, driving performance and accountability across all trades.
