Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to lead our construction team in delivering high-quality projects across diverse sectors. Duties Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols Manage and oversee construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to facilitate accurate execution of work Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, HeavyBid, and other tools for project scheduling, cost control, and documentation Monitor construction schedules closely, adjusting plans as needed to meet project milestones while maintaining quality standards Enforce OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel Conduct quality control inspections and oversee construction safety management practices on-site Requirements Proven experience supervising commercial or heavy civil construction projects with a strong background in construction site management Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards (including OSHA), and industry best practices Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera P3, OSHAsafety regulations compliance tools, and other relevant platforms Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints accurately Strong project scheduling skills with experience managing construction schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools Demonstrated leadership in managing teams effectively within fast-paced environments; excellent managerial communication skills are essential Experience supervising crews on large-scale projects involving pipeline work or heavy civil infrastructure is preferred Familiarity with budgeting processes, contracts administration (including understanding of contracts), and quality control procedures Knowledge of construction safety management practices aligned with federal safety regulations; ability to enforce safety protocols consistently Ability to operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters for electrical inspections when necessary Join our team if you're passionate about leading impactful construction projects!
