What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities As a Janitorial Site Supervisor, you will lead our local cleaning team to success . In this role, you will balance hands-on janitorial tasks with team leadership . Supervise, coach, and coordinate daily tasks for cleaner and custodian team members . Perform general cleaning, including pulling trash, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms . Assist the Manager in ensuring all buildings are cleaned safely and meet our high-quality project scope . Team up with employees to complete special cleaning tasks and projects . What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications 1 year of experience as a lead cleaner, custodian, or similar supervisory role .
