Buzzcutters is a growing DFW landscaping company running two divisions — recurring maintenance and construction/outdoor living installs. We're looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of crew accountability, jobsite standards, client communication, and day-to-day efficiency. This is a field-and-office role . You'll be out at job sites checking on crews, back at the desk reviewing routes and labor data, and on the phone keeping clients informed. If you're organized, direct, and can't stand watching time get wasted, you'll do well here. Great Communication and a Positive Attitude will go a long way here! What You'll Do Check in on crews at job sites throughout the day — ensure efficiency, quality, and that teams are properly clocking in and out Review previous-day crew time and GPS/route data (Verizon Connect) to find where we were inefficient, then coach crews to fix it Confirm every morning that crews know where they're going and what success looks like that day Boost efficiency and morale in the field — build teamwork, not just production Keep maintenance routes and construction jobs running on schedule and on budget Own client communication — acknowledge concerns quickly, follow through until issues are closed, and never leave a client feeling brushed off, we put our clients first here! They become like family. Confirm materials, equipment, trucks, and trailers are ready before crews need them Track job progress with photos and notes; close out completed jobs quickly (photos, receipts, punch list, invoicing, review requests, and review job site photos and timing) Hold crews and subcontractors accountable to Buzzcutters quality standards Keep leadership updated on anything affecting schedule, cost, quality, or client trust What We're Looking For Strong communicator — this is a huge part of the job Experience managing crews, field teams, or operations (landscaping, construction, or trades preferred) Comfortable being on job sites daily and reviewing data/reports back at the office Highly organized with strong follow-through — you step into problems early instead of letting them grow Able to be direct but respectful with crews, clients, subcontractors, and leadership Valid driver's license and clean driving record Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Schedule & Compensation Full-time, salaried Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Availability by phone/text and email for time-sensitive issues outside those hours Dental, Vision, PTO, and other benefits included Why Buzzcutters Growing company with real opportunity to shape how we operate Direct access to ownership — your ideas and improvements matter

Pay:

$55,320.30 - $66,622.30 per year
