Job Description
Our client, an industry leader in commercial flooring, has an immediate need for experienced Project Manager/ Estimators in the Dallas and Houston markets. They have national contracts with major retailers and are looking for someone to manage large retail flooring projects in their respective markets. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to grow their career with a respected company in the flooring industry.
Position Responsibilities:
- Estimate and manage commercial flooring projects
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Monitor project schedules and budgets
- Conduct site visits and provide on-site project management as needed
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Develop accurate project estimates
- Create project timelines and budgets
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Problem-solve and make decisions to keep projects on track
Position Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience estimating and managing commercial flooring projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
