TPnKGEAW Role Description:
This is a full-time onsite position for a licensed Electrician Superintendent specializing in multi-family construction. This full-time onsite position will oversee daily operations in the field, including managing and supervising field crews, ensuring safety and code regulations are followed and monitoring project progress.
Superintendent Responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the safety and field labor on assigned project $2M - $15M. Coordinate the work of electrical scope and subcontractors in multifamily renovation and ground up construction. Experience in Senior Living and Memory Care projects requiring NEC 517 Medical adherence. Coordinating activities related to construction projects on jobsite, supervising field personnel required to complete work ahead of schedule, within budget and within specifications. Implementing and monitoring the construction plan; including scheduling and logistics. Ability to run a project within budget and minimize direct job costs. Complete layout of electrical distribution, power, lighting, and all special systems for assigned project. Review project schedule daily with notations of any delays, changes, or deficiencies to the project management team. Supervise, evaluate, and develop lead journeymen, journeymen, and apprentices. Lead by example and challenge all employees to achieve excellence and stay engaged in projects that can take 2+ years from start to finish.
Salary:
$116,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year based on prior experience
Qualifications:
Must hold an active Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the state of operation. 5+ years of experience in large scale multifamily construction. Must be deadline and detail-oriented and familiar with creating weekly "3-Week" production schedules, order material in advance, and communicate clearly. Capable of preplanning all electrical installations and complete material buyouts. Knowledge and compliance of safety regulations and procedures. Must have experience in multi-family or MDU type construction. Knowledge and compliance of the NEC. Must be proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, Trimble technology platforms. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Must be capable of overseeing and managing subcontractors with scopes > $1M. Must have a valid driver's license. Availability to work additional hours when project schedules require. Demonstrate ability to manage and understand project budgets with project manager and take responsibility for the direct job costs associated with your project. Physical Requirements Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time Benefits We're Proud to Offer Our Employees!
