Electrical Superintendent/Foreman

Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent/Foreman to lead commercial construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to oversee large-scale electrical installations, manage teams, and ensure projects are completed safely and on time. Prior experience is necessary. Duties Lead and supervise electrical crews on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide installation processes accurately. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance (including OSHA and federal safety regulations), and progress tracking. Oversee construction schedule coordination, ensuring all phases of electrical work align with overall project timelines. Review construction drawings and technical documents for accuracy; supervise team performance and provide management communication for project updates. Collaborate with project managers and customers to interpret technical requirements and resolve on-site issues promptly. Experience Proven experience in industrial or commercial electrical work with a strong background in managing teams on active sites. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and interpret electrical schematics accurately. Strong understanding of federal construction safety regulations (OSHA). Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Construction site experience emphasizing safety management practices; ability to enforce compliance.
Pay:
From $80,000.00 per year
