Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take the lead on high-impact commercial and industrial builds from preconstruction to closeout. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our firm, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring that large-scale projects are safely delivered on time and within budget. This position is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with experience managing ground-up multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, municipal, and other complex commercial projects! Qualifications:

3+ years of progressive project management experience within the commercial or industrial construction industry. Experience with ground-up student housing, multifamily, mixed-use, higher education, commercial , or other complex commercial projects. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera P6). Strong communication and leadership skills. Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software. OSHA 30 and a valid Driver's License required. PMP or CCM certifications are highly preferred

Education:
