Civil Construction Project Manager Qualifications:

3 + Years of PM Experience in Heavy Civil, Environmental, Utility, Renewable Energy, Wastewater Treatment, Water Infrastructure, Hydroelectric, Pipeline, Etc, OR 5 + Years of PM Exp in Commercial, Industrial or Vertical Construction required Travel required (10% overnight travel; Primarily office-based w/ local day trips to project within 3 hours of the office, including VT, NH, NY, + Western MA) Experience with Wastewater, Water Infrastructure, Heavy Civil, Environmental, Renewable Energy, RNG, Hydroelectric, Dam, Pipeline, Utility, or Industrial Construction preferred

Civil Construction Project Manager Benefits:

This role involves managing heavy civil, environmental, wastewater, renewable energy, and infrastructure construction projects Responsibilities include overseeing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, field operations, client communication, and coordinating with engineers, utilities, municipalities, and project stakeholders Work may include wastewater and water treatment plants, water and sewer infrastructure, underground utilities, environmental remediation, renewable natural gas (RNG), hydroelectric projects, dam construction, pipelines, landfill construction, and other heavy civil construction projects throughout Vermont, New Hampshire, New York, and Western Massachusetts Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
