BNB Networks is seeking to hire a part-time field inspection consultant to perform quality inspection checks for our residential client in Linden AL. Field Inspection Consultants shall perform the tasks below: Oversee quality control for all work completed by vendors Perform detailed quality inspections and submit inspection reports daily Uphold Quality Control for All Units Conduct final inspections with Vendor and Maintenance Director Be available to support emergency work orders Ability to source vendors if needed to perform specific handyman services Ensure vacant units are boarded up and locks changed after passed inspection Install Lockboxes for Contractors to Obtain keys Advised Affiliate Manager and Contractor of services issues that need to be resolved Train new/current contractors and maintenance techs on the scope of work Submit weekly unit turn Field Inspection Work Orders Quality Service Checks after a vendor completes their assigned work order and Sign Off on Services Rendered Serves as the main point of contact for clients assigned Obtain and Manage Lockbox Details, Access Details and Keys for Each Property Assigned Must take pictures of all inspections.

Required:

Must have vehicle to get to and from locations assigned Must have a smart phone to accept assigned Work Orders Must have flexible schedule Must be tech savvy ability to submit inspections using mobile phone Ability to build working relationships with contracted vendors performing work Oversee client relationships and customer retention This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Consultant will be paid $50 -$80 per inspection, $100 for meet and greets. Average monthly payment is between $800-$1,400 per month part time. 1 Days paid overview training $100 per day. Payment is processed Net 30. Consultant must submit invoices for payment and inspection reports. Payments are remitted via Gusto ACH Direct Deposit. Contact Tanya if you are interested.
