Full-Time Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an HOA Community Inspector, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality, safety, and aesthetic standards of residential communities managed by our organization. This energetic position involves inspecting properties, ensuring compliance with community guidelines, and fostering positive relationships with residents and property management staff. Duties Drive through assigned HOA communities and perform routine property inspections. Identify potential violations of community Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) and community standards. Take clear photographs and document violations accurately. Enter inspection information, notes, and photographs into the property management system. Perform follow-up inspections to determine whether violations have been corrected. Inspect common areas and report maintenance, landscaping, safety, or property concerns to management. Maintain accurate and organized inspection records. Communicate professionally with HOA management staff and other team members. Follow established company procedures when conducting inspections. Maintain confidentiality regarding homeowner and community information. Complete assigned inspection routes in a timely and efficient manner. Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Must be willing and able to drive for the majority of the workday. Must be able to pass a background check. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, reporting, and correspondence. Google share drive. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, computer, and property management software. Ability to take clear photographs and accurately document property conditions. Professional communication and customer service skills. HOA, property management, real estate, inspection, or similar experience is preferred but not required. Compensation Starting pay is $16.00-$18.00 per hour , depending on previous HOA, property management, inspection, or related experience. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, observant, organized, and comfortable working independently. Because this position requires inspecting multiple communities, applicants should enjoy being in the field and understand that driving will make up a significant portion of the workday.
