Job Summary Starting hourly rate | $30.01 6 Months | $30.76Under general supervision performs work of moderate difficulty inspecting housing for code violations, making inspections for environmental, zoning and sanitary code violations and prepares official correspoHigh school diploma and four years of responsible experience in the building construction trades, home inspection, environmental inspection, public relations or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Must have ability to handle difficult people and situations successfully.

Must possess and maintain throughout duration of employment a valid driver's license.
