Compensation:

NICET Certification:

A plus Key Responsibilities Conduct construction site inspections to ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations Review construction documents, schematics, contracts, and technical specifications Perform quality-control checks on materials and workmanship throughout construction Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports on compliance and deficiencies Monitor construction progress, timelines, and adherence to quality standards Work closely with project managers, contractors, engineers, and owners to resolve issues Identify potential construction or quality issues before they escalate Provide guidance on construction management and quality-assurance best practices Required Qualifications 3-7 years of relevant public-sector/construction inspection experience preferred Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schematics, and contracts Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality-control processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Familiarity with pipeline construction standards is a plus NICET certification is a plus Interested?
