The Primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for identifying and conducting field work in support of the law office's delinquent property tax cases. This includes performing on-site property inspections, verifying property information, photographing the property and placing a law firm inspection sign on the property when needed. In addition, field inspector will have to maintain accurate notes and describe with detail the results in writing.

Essential Duties:

• Conduct Property Inspections.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have vehicle insurance with specific coverage amount limits.
• Attention to detail are critical in this process.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Performs offsite file maintenance at stored record site.
• Assists in preparing and posting tax foreclosure signs.
• Assists in mapping and identifying properties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume office setting

$26,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year
