Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry is an asset. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary certifications. Basic knowledge of coating and inspection techniques is beneficial. Ability to follow instructions and work independently as needed.
