Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Crane Operator to join our construction team. In this vital role, you will operate various types of cranes and heavy equipment to lift, move, and position materials safely and efficiently across construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that projects progress smoothly, adhering to safety standards and project timelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing your knowledge and heavy equipment operation skills to make a tangible impact. We are currently looking to fill positions in our Washington, Indiana and Evansville, Indiana Crane Yards. Duties Operate cranes such as boom trucks, truck cranes, AT cranes, forklifts and mobile cranes to lift and move heavy materials with precision. Perform rigging tasks, including attaching loads securely and ensuring safe lifting practices. Handle materials efficiently within construction sites, warehouses, or shipping & receiving areas. Conduct routine inspections of crane equipment and perform maintenance checks to ensure optimal functioning. Follow safety protocols diligently during all lifting and equipment operation activities to prevent accidents. Coordinate with team members to plan lifting sequences and ensure smooth workflow on-site. Skills NCCCO Certification a MUST. Valid CDL Class A license with experience in commercial driving is required. Experience operating cranes, forklifts, boom trucks and other construction machinery. Skilled in rigging techniques for safe load securement and lifting operations. Familiarity with materials handling processes within construction sites or warehouses. Construction site experience with an understanding of safety standards and project workflows. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and site managers. Pay:
$35.85 - $53.80 per hour
