Job Description

Operator x2

Stand on feet for 8+ hours a day
Lift 25-50 lbs
Good math skills
Use of measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Can perform with limited supervision
Ability to problem solve
Desire to meet and exceed goals set forth by management
Ability to enter information into computer
Can learn to operate a complex control panel
Ability to read and interpret Work orders
Ability to communicate with Management
Can learn all aspects of process including but not limited to, Set-up, tear down, labeling, paperwork, Ect
Ability to lead a small team of 1 to 2 team members Assistant Operator x2

Ability to read and interpret Work orders Set-up x1

Ability to read and interpret Work orders, Shipping paperwork and receiving paperwork
Ability to operate a 25 ton overhead crane safely
Ability to manage work load and prioritize tasks
Ability to communicate with Management as well as vendors
Ability to drive a forklift safely
