The Role Precision Lifting:

Safely navigate and operate a 160-ton Link-Belt RT crane.

Shipyard Dynamics:

Work directly on and around Navy boats—precision and safety are non-negotiable.

Mission Focused:

Maintain a sharp eye for depth perception and comfort working at significant heights. What You Bring to the

Table Experience:

At least 3 years of dedicated Crane Operating experience.

Specific Expertise:

Proven experience with 160-ton RT cranes (Link-Belt experience is a major plus).

Certification:

A current NCCCO certification is a strict requirement.

Flexibility:

Ready to put in the hours, including overtime and weekends as the mission requires.
