Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Water Well Driller and become a vital part of constructing and maintaining essential water infrastructure. In this energetic role, you will operate heavy-duty drilling equipment to create water wells that serve residential, commercial, and agricultural needs. Your expertise will ensure efficient, safe, and precise drilling operations while adhering to all safety regulations and industry standards. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your mechanical skills and construction experience to deliver high-quality results. Duties Operate water well drilling rigs and auxiliary equipment with precision and safety in mind Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on construction machinery, including excavators, loaders, backhoes, and water trucks Utilize utility locating tools to identify underground utilities before drilling to prevent damage or accidents Follow federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures at all times during operations Assist with excavation, grading, and site preparation tasks using heavy equipment such as Caterpillar machinery Drive commercial trucks safely to transport equipment, materials, and personnel between job sites Perform construction utility work related to water well installation, including trenching and site cleanup Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy construction machinery such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, and water trucks Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance on construction equipment Valid commercial driver's license with experience in commercial truck driving and safe driving practices Familiarity with federal construction safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols on job sites Construction site experience, particularly in utility work or excavation projects involving water well installation Ability to operate loaders, excavators, backhoes, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently Knowledge of construction grading techniques and site preparation procedures Experience with utility locating tools to identify underground utilities before drilling or excavation This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in water well installation while working in a fast-paced construction environment. Pay:
