Job Description As a Driller Helper, you will support drilling operations in various locations, focusing on residential construction sites. The role involves extensive labor work, including loading materials, fueling equipment, and mastering drilling controls under the guidance of an experienced driller. Great room for growth within- goal is to get you to be a lead driller. Will help obtain your CDL. Daylight hours 4-10 hour days Monday-Thursday. $19-$22/hour to start. Benefits- Medical, dental, vision, 401k plan Responsibilities Assist the driller with daily operations, including loading materials and fueling equipment. Drive the service truck requiring a CDL license. Perform labor-intensive tasks on residential construction sites. Develop skills to master the helper role and progress to learning drilling controls. Travel to job sites within Central PA, Western Maryland, Eastern Panhandle of WV, and Northern Virginia. Work primarily in outdoor environments, adapting to various weather conditions. Essential Skills Valid license with a clean driving record. Experience in construction Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shippensburg, PA.
