Projects may include retail stores, shops, offices, apartments, homes, newly constructed buildings, and remodeled properties. How It Works This is project-based subcontracting work, not a position with guaranteed hours or a fixed schedule. When we have a project available, we will provide you with the location, photos/videos, scope of work, and project requirements. You will review the project, and we will agree on a price before the work begins. Compensation varies by project depending on the size, condition, location, scope of work, and equipment required. Services May Include Post-construction/final cleaning Removal of construction dust and debris Cleaning floors, walls, baseboards, doors, and fixtures Interior windows and storefront glass Window frames and tracks Cabinets, drawers, counters, and shelving Kitchens and bathrooms Removal of stickers, tape, adhesive residue, and light construction residue Final detail cleaning before client turnover or store opening Requirements Must operate as an independent cleaning business/subcontractor Post-construction cleaning experience required Commercial/retail cleaning experience preferred Must carry appropriate liability insurance Must have reliable transportation Must have the tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for the agreed scope of work Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Must follow all applicable job-site safety requirements Must be able to provide business and insurance documentation upon request Compensation Compensation is negotiated per project.
