Wood Rd Construction is a high-end kitchen and bathroom remodeling company. Our work consists of demolition, light framing, trim work, and finish carpentry. We are seeking an experienced General Construction Laborer. Our ideal candidate will possess a good work ethic, stay on task, follow directions, want to strive for perfection and be able to work through problems as they arise. Wood Rd Construction is looking for a full-time employee. Duties Assist with setting up and preparing construction sites Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Operate hand and power tools under supervision. Must provide your own tools for carpentry, demo, framing, drywall, tile, minor plumbing and electrical, etc. Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and garbage Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks Collaborate with skilled workers to complete projects in a timely manner Organize and list needed materials to complete jobs Understand, meet and exceed deadline expectations Requirements Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks Knowledge ofsafe usage of hand and power tools is required Knowledge of tile laying and flooring installation methods, as well as rough framing, finish carpentry, and demo required . Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times 4+ years of proven experience as a general Construction Laborer or a similar role. Able to work alone at times or in a team environment. Must be willing to be at multiple job sites occasionally in the same day. Must have Reliable transportation. Vehicle must be able to transport small materials. Must have an insurable MVR. A current Colorado driver license is required. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship is required. Must have the ability to communicate with owners, other employees, subcontractors, and homeowners professionally. Must have Excellent problem-solving skills Must have the ability to pass background/drug screen. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, ISO's and contracts is very helpful.

Wood Rd Construction pays weekly, at a rate of $22 - $25 per hour, depending on experience. This position is for a W2 employee.
