Field Installer•Residential Construction (South Florida)

Location:

Dania Beach, FL 33004

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM EST 40 hours per week

Compensation:

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Field Installer with a minimum of 5 years of residential construction experience . The ideal candidate is a skilled, hands-on professional capable of installing complete kitchens and bathrooms from start to finish while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship, efficiency, and professionalism. This position requires someone who takes pride in quality work and can work independently as well as collaboratively with our team. Key Requirements (MUST HAVE): Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling or construction Proven experience installing complete kitchens and bathrooms Skilled in cabinetry installation Experience with tile installation (floors, walls, backsplashes, and showers) Basic plumbing installation and fixture replacement Basic electrical installation (switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, etc.) Drywall installation, repairs, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing Interior and exterior painting and finish work Finish carpentry, including installation of baseboards, crown molding, trim, doors, and hardware Experience working with laminate, quartz, granite, and other countertop installations is a plus Reliable transportation ( must have your own vehicle ) Must have your own professional tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Clean background check Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Spanish language skills are an advantage but are not required.

Responsibilities:

Install complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, vanities, and hardware Perform floor and wall tile installation, including showers and backsplashes Install drywall, complete finishing work, and prepare surfaces for painting Perform interior painting and touch-up work Install trim, doors, baseboards, crown molding, and other finish carpentry Perform basic plumbing work, including installation of sinks, faucets, toilets, vanities, garbage disposals, and shower fixtures Perform basic electrical work, including installing outlets, switches, light fixtures, and exhaust fans Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Protect homeowners' property throughout the construction process Communicate daily with the Project Manager regarding job progress Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations Complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule Identify and report any issues that may affect project quality or timelines

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of residential construction or remodeling experience Strong experience in kitchen and bathroom renovations High-quality finish carpentry and installation skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Knowledge of residential construction methods and best practices Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various job site conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must own a complete set of professional construction tools
