In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring top-quality drywall finishes, contributing to the overall aesthetics and structural integrity of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and restoration, demonstrating mastery of various finishing techniques and a commitment to excellence. Perform drywall finishing tasks, including taping, skimming, sanding, and painting, to achieve smooth surfaces. Execute finishing work to make necessary final touch-ups or corrections before project completion. Apply skimming techniques to ensure seamless integration with existing structures. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure precise execution of design specifications. Collaborate with team members on-site while maintaining safety standards and an efficient workflow. Use tools and equipment for sealing, finish carpentry, and fixture installation as required. Participate in restoration activities, including water damage repair and mold remediation, as needed. Conduct thorough inspections of finished work to ensure quality standards are met prior to project handover. Assist with additional tasks such as flooring installation, tiling, and masonry work when necessary. MONDAY
