We specialize in high-end architectural and acoustical finishes, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, pays close attention to detail, and wants the opportunity to develop specialized skills within our company. Starting Pay:

$23.00/hour Pay and advancement opportunities based on experience, skill level, performance, and ability to take on additional responsibilities. What You'll Do Perform high-quality finish plastering, patching, sanding, surface preparation, and finishing Prepare surfaces for plaster, paint, coatings, and specialty finishes Assist with the installation of specialty acoustical finishes and systems , including plaster, wood, fabric, and other architectural materials Mix, apply, level, smooth, and finish plaster and related materials to a high standard Maintain clean lines, consistent textures, smooth finishes, and attention to architectural details Protect surrounding surfaces and maintain a clean, organized jobsite Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and other construction equipment as required Follow project specifications, installation procedures, safety requirements, and supervisor instructions Work closely with foremen, project managers, and other field team members to complete projects on schedule Help identify and correct finish imperfections before project completion What We're Looking For Experience in plastering, painting, drywall finishing, specialty coatings, or related finish trades Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-end finished work Ability to work with your hands and learn specialized installation techniques Spray plaster experience is a major plus Experience with high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, performing arts, or architectural finishes is a plus Ability to follow instructions, specifications, and established installation procedures Dependable, punctual, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team Comfortable working in an active construction environment Ability to perform the physical requirements of construction work, including standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, climbing, and safely handling construction materials and equipment Willingness to occasionally travel out of state for projects Flexibility to work project schedules as required English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, but not required Typical Schedule Most of our construction projects operate Monday through Friday, generally between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Hours may vary depending on the project, jobsite requirements, deadlines, travel, and occasional special scheduling needs. Why Join International Acoustics?
