Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Seamless Gutter and Screen Lanai Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality seamless gutters and screen lanais that enhance the durability and aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets our rigorous standards for craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Measure and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately install seamless gutters and screen lanais according to specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment safely and efficiently to perform installations on various building types. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate materials such as caulking or plaster to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality. Install building materials including gutters, screens, framing components, fixtures, cabinets, drywall, stucco, flooring, tile laying, and masonry elements as needed. Follow all safety protocols during installation processes while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to ensure project requirements are met or exceeded. Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process to verify accuracy in dimensional measurements and adherence to blueprint specifications. Experience Prior construction experience with a focus on gutter installation, screen lanai setup, or related exterior building projects is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and interpreting technical drawings or blueprints. Knowledge of construction management practices including estimating, inspection procedures, and following detailed construction plans. Familiarity with building materials such as vinyl siding, aluminum gutters, screen mesh products, framing materials, drywall, stucco, tile masonry or flooring is a plus. Experience working at heights using ladders safely and effectively is essential. Background in remodeling projects or general carpentry including framing or fixture installation will be advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about project progress and outcomes.
