About Us Ideal Property Management is a fast-growing, veteran-owned company managing over 100 residential units throughout Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati. We focus on being reliable, responsive, and delivering quality work. We're building a strong team and looking for skilled people who take pride in what they do. Position Overview We are hiring an experienced Renovation Specialist to work on residential renovation and rehab projects. This is a hands-on position for someone who can complete quality renovation work, solve problems in the field, and work efficiently with limited supervision. Responsibilities Complete residential renovation and rehab projects Perform demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, and finish work Complete kitchen and bathroom renovations Install cabinets, doors, fixtures, hardware, and other finishes Handle basic plumbing and electrical work when needed Complete punch lists and final project details Identify construction issues and recommend solutions Communicate clearly with the project manager and renovation team Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Meet company quality standards and project deadlines Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Minimum 2 years of renovation, remodeling, or construction experience Must have your own basic tools Reliable transportation to travel between job sites Ability to work independently and as part of a renovation crew Ability to complete multiple types of residential construction work Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various job-site conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Preferred Skills Drywall hanging and finishing Flooring installation Finish carpentry and trim Cabinet and countertop installation Framing Painting Basic plumbing and electrical Kitchen and bathroom remodeling Experience with full residential rehabs What We Offer Consistent, year-round work Variety of renovation and rehab projects Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company Clear expectations and project scopes Performance-based raises and advancement opportunities Opportunity to take on additional responsibility as the company grows
