Job Description To be successful in the role of Senior Renovation Technician you must have excellent craftsmanship, a strong sense of integrity and commitment to superior customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and self-motivated to meet deadlines with a strong sense of pride in the quality of their work. Excellent time management and problem solving skills are critical in this role. Must have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment with little to no supervision. A minimum of 5 years' experience in the following:

Kitchens & Bathrooms:

Full and partial kitchen & bathroom remodeling.

Including:

Wood Framing:

Interior/Exterior walls, Floor Joist, decks, and ability to complete framing repairs.

Drywall:

Installation, repairing, finishing, and painting.

Finish/Trim Carpentry:

Baseboard, crown molding, chair rail, casing, stairs, and railings o Shower/tub Installation o Vanity/sink installation o Cabinetry/Countertop installation o Tiling (floor & wall)

• Flooring - Floor leveling, plywood work, floor framing, and installation for LVP, LVT and carpet
• Plumbing and electrical experience desired, i.

e. replacing light fixtures, and reconnecting drain assemblies and water supply lines on new sinks/vanities/showers Must have basic carpentry/power tools, chop saw, circular saw, impact driver, hand tools, etc. The following skills are desirable, and we are willing to train the right candidate in these areas:

Requirements:

• Carpentry experience 5+ years
• Valid Driver's License, good driving record
• Ability to pass background check.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
