Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remodeling Specialist to lead and execute high-quality renovation projects across residential and commercial spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming interiors and exteriors by applying your extensive construction expertise, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your hands-on skills, knowledge of building materials, and ability to interpret technical drawings will drive successful remodels that exceed client expectations. Duties Interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to accurately execute remodeling projects. Perform a variety of building material installations including drywall, flooring, tile laying, cabinetry, trim carpentry, and plastering. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on outdoor and indoor work sites. Install windows, doors, cabinetry, countertops, and other fixtures with precision and attention to detail. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout each project phase. Manage remodeling tasks such as caulking, drywall finishing, electrical work, plumbing updates, and hardscaping construction projects. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering strictly to safety protocols and conducting regular site safety checks. Coordinate with team members on site logistics including heavy equipment operation and outdoor work activities for efficient workflow. Ensure all work aligns with client specifications and industry standards while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Skills Extensive experience in building construction, remodeling, and hardscaping projects with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, drywall installation, tile laying, flooring installation, cabinet installation, plastering, caulking, and trim carpentry. Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing updates relevant to remodeling tasks. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely in outdoor environments. Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam for project documentation and collaboration. Strong understanding of safety protocols within construction sites; committed to maintaining a safe working environment at all times. Experience in estimating project costs accurately through construction estimating techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and interpreting technical instructions.
