Independent Contractors:

Must have own Tools/ Equipment Pressure Washers, Sheetrock Installer/ Painter, Carpet Cleaners, Floor buffers & strippers/polishers, Floor specialists, window washer with experience to join our dynamic construction/cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for Demolition of Moldy Sheetrock, by cutting 8 ft from the wall that needs to be replaced. Spray for mold for prevention, needs to be professionally hauled away, installing drywall (also known as sheetrock), (A Respirator and Work Gloves are needed) performing finishing tasks such as mudding, taping, texturing, spraying and painting to create smooth, professional surfaces. Your expertise will help transform construction spaces into finished environments that meet high standards of quality and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in drywall installation, painting, pressure washing and related construction trades while contributing to diverse projects across residential and commercial sites. Duties Measure, cut, and install drywall panels according to construction plans and schematics Apply drywall mud (joint compound), tape seams, and sand surfaces for a flawless finish Perform drywall texturing and plastering to achieve desired aesthetic effects Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or airless paint sprayers Install trim carpentry, fixtures, doors, and other finishing elements to enhance interior spaces Follow safety protocols and construction workplace safety regulations at all times Read blueprints and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise installation and finishing work Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for drywall installation, painting, and repair tasks Conduct drywall repairs and water damage restoration as needed to maintain quality standards Assist with framing, metal stud installation, and other related construction activities when required Experience Proven experience in drywall installation, taping, mudding, texturing, and painting within a construction environment Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of hand tools and power tools Experience with plastering, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, or masonry is a plus Background in restoration industry work or water damage remediation is advantageous Ability to read construction plans accurately and follow detailed instructions effectively Prior experience in framing carpentry, door hanging, fixture installation or handyman work is beneficial Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction painting, plumbing, masonry, and general site operations Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship in drywall installation and painting!
