Perform a wide range of renovation tasks including drywall installation, flooring, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, door hanging, and trim carpentry. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete remodeling projects. Conduct plumbing and electrical work where required, adhering strictly to safety protocols and building codes. Inspect work sites regularly for safety compliance, cleanliness and quality assurance throughout each phase of the project. Requirements Proven construction experience with a strong background in remodeling or renovation projects. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately. Hands-on experience with building material installation including drywall, flooring, tile, cabinetry, and roofing. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, masonry tools, and heavy equipment operation when necessary. Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, and safety protocols for construction sites. Outdoor work experience preferred with the ability to adapt to various weather conditions.
