About us A Step Above N Beyond Cleaning Service is a small business in Summerville, SC now in Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients. We understand that our employees have families and other commitments, so we provide a flexible schedule that allows our employees to have input on their work schedules. This is a Monday through Friday position with the option to work Saturdays if desired. We are looking for candidates who go above and beyond to provide exceptional service, and who are committed, responsible, and proactive in their work. Our ideal candidate is someone who is thorough in their work, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in their work. Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cleaning tasks in a timely manner such as sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, dusting, scrubbing, and vacuuming. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, office spaces, and other common areas. Drive your personal car to and from clients' properties. Maintain all cleaning supplies that are provided to you. Follow established safety procedures and guidelines Communicate effectively with clients and management Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently or as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service Good communication and interpersonal skills Have access to a vehicle Driver's License Vehicle Insurance Fluent in English (Reading and Writing) Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Service Area:

Summerville, Goose Creek, North Charleston, Charleston, West Ashley, Mount Pleasant, and Ladson areas.
